WIP Wednesday

The Go!Baby giveaway is here.

Finally. Some progress to show.

In the mood for hexagons?

Or in the mood for showing your college spirit (especially if you are an Aggie from Texas A&M)?

These blocks for the 4x5 modern quilt bee are finished and in the mail:
These blocks for the 3x6 sampler quilt mini bee are completed and in the mail.
My 36-patch blocks are all done and ready to be sewn together (and hard to photograph).

The latest Farmer's Wife Sampler blocks:
And talk about a work in progress (my beautiful daughter-in-law, whose due date was last Friday, the 23rd). Nothing I have to show compares to this!
Check out what everyone else is doing:

Wow, you have been busy. That's a lot of progress. Your poor daughter in law. I have had to be induced two weeks late, two times. I know how hard it is to be overdue! Love your hexiecase!

You've been sewing a lot lately! I'm so envious. I've had zero time to sew, which makes me sad. Love all your beautiful projects!

Yup, nothing compares to a belly ready to pop, LOL!

I love your aggie quilt, even if you are supporting the 'wrong' team, LOL!

Your bag is sooo cute! And I disagree about the button. It's perfect! :)

The pencil case is very cool... and everything else. But oh, Christa... may that baby come soon!!

Doesn't it feel great to get stuff done and shipped off? All your blocks are beautiful!

I like your use of colors. I love colors. Through synesthesia I see colors when I hear names and numbers, this is really fun.

Lots of good progress! I really like your 3x6 blocks.

Almost a week past due? Yikes, no thank you! Good luck to your daughter in law!

So, I'm cooking along, thinking oh my oh my I can never keep up and then you showed the picture of your (poor) daughter-in-law awaiting her baby. Oh, I remember those days! (And nothing that's happening now in my life can ever compare with that feeling from that last month of pregnancy that when you get up from the table, you feel like your middles will fall on the floor.)

But really--your list of things done is so awe-inspiring. I need to ditch the grading for a couple of days and play play play!

Really like your use of the Tumbler in the Aggie quilt. I haven't seen it that way before. Kind of looks like the teeth of a gear.
