I'm going to blame it on the fact that I have been distracted by the thought of being nearly completely retired by the end of the work day tomorrow. I do medical transcription at home and the new electronic medical records mandates have made us pretty much a thing of the past.
The cons: Less money
The pros: More time to spend sewing. So it's a good thing I already have
This was fun.
Okay, it's your turn.

My friend use to have the same job...and had to change too. Hang in there. :) ALways enjoy seeing the grandkids.
The most important in life is to see children and grandchildren growing healthy... and having fun!
Congrats on your soon-to-be-retired status! How exciting! Good thing you live so close to family so you can spend more time together. And sew more too. Enjoy!
More time to spend sewing is always good Cindy!
Yay to Really Random!
Congratulations on nearly retiring! I'm sure it will bring lots of wonderful opportunities :) The kids look like they're having a blast!
Happy retirement. You are going to love it! There will be more sewing and grandchildren times ahead.
Any change is hard but I hope you find that you like this one!
Well...CONGRATULATIONS! This will be something all new for you, enjoy!
Hi Cindy. I hope you will enjoy your retirement. Usually people fill their days and wonder how they ever had time to work! Enjoy all that sewing I'm sure you are going to do.
I hope you can relax and enjoy your unsolicited retirement Cindy. Keep submitting all those wonderful projects and getting published.
Happy retirement! Something tells me you will keep busy!
I hope you enjoy your retirement - thank goodness you've been investing in your fabric pension!
I hope you can enjoy your inadvertent retirement!
Hi Cindy! I hope that your retirement works out! With the fabric stash that you profess to have, it can only be a wonderful thing to have time to finally dig in as you wish... or spend more time with grandchildren, who are adorable, by the way. Life is so full of a number of things, I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings! And don't just take my word for it!
