And hey--somedays I feel 105 and other days I feel 15, so maybe he has the right idea? Your Halloween sounds like fun. We turned off all the lights downstairs and went upstairs for the evening. Dullsville. Meat loaf ghosts and other fun treats sound way more fun!OPQuilthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08622702911207665333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-527612360558538909.post-66888216013795891342020-11-09T06:47:43.658-08:002020-11-09T06:47:43.658-08:00Awesome on the suit and making Halloween FUN in th...Awesome on the suit and making Halloween FUN in these crazy times!Andee Neffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05121987452927731321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-527612360558538909.post-29598839970915962612020-11-08T18:30:45.523-08:002020-11-08T18:30:45.523-08:00It's always a treat to see what you're up ...It's always a treat to see what you're up to, and being with grandchildren must certainly keep you busy. It's just the opposite around here. So quiet, with nothing to keep us going. Interesting about that haunted car wash. I've never heard of such a thing, and can only imagine how popular it must be. I'm so glad you got to see your Dad for his 93rd birthday! We didn't see my Dad for his 90th, in April, which was supposed to have been a big party. DA*NED COVID! I so want all this to be over. At least you know you have the car protecting you. Too bad it was so popular you didn't get to do it but at least your car got a wash.Anne / Springleaf Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06114887911414187175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-527612360558538909.post-72242126106702232612020-11-05T17:40:34.143-08:002020-11-05T17:40:34.143-08:00Such a great post. We traditionally celebrate on the last Saturday of the month with a parade. This year they had a "reverse" parade up at the college where the participants were socially distanced around the the parking lots and the viewers drove past in their cars. Not ideal but still adaptive!! The car wash idea is novel. I love the pumpkins. That lunch the kids prepared looks soooo good. They should still have such great shows. We all need more light entertainment. I love the pic of your dad. Glad they let you see him on his birthday. I have not heard about the car washes.
