Really Random Thursday, 5/8/14

Last Saturday, we did our annual "walk to remember," in memory of our first grandchild, Caleb. It helps raise funds for Angel Babies, a wonderful organization that provides grief counseling for families who have lost a child.  Next year, Caleb would have been 10, so Christa is hoping to gather 100 people to walk in his memory.
True enough.
I needed to read this several times this week.
As the title says, now you know.

  8. Great ones, all! I might have to have a poster made of that "your job" quote and hang it in a future classroom, if and when I get one. :-)

  11. We live near a Jelly Belly distribution center, where they give tours (that actually area pretty bad), but we did learn how they make them, which is pretty cool. The fruit ones actually have fruit purees in them to get a true flavor. You can also try any of the flavors in their store. Everything from pepper, tabasco, booger, grass, and the yummy ones, too.

  12. You are hilarious. Loved the woman quote, and the not judging quote. And I liked knowing how long things took to make. We need a quilt chart like that too.
