Signs of the Times

Do you ever feel like this?

Or this? (If you have little ones around, start banking some extra money in your ATM. Seriously.)

This was in my fortune cookie yesterday. I think it's telling me that I will have a great time in Minnesota next week when I finally meet some of my friends in person at a quilting retreat in St. Cloud.

And The Weekender keeps taunting me. I should finish it. Then we'll both be happy.

Oh my gosh, your Weekender looks stunning so far!!! I can see why it's calling to you! But I also totally understand where you're at. Take a deep breath, have two Oreos with a nice coffee, and you'll feel much better in the morning :)

Yes...the sign in the first photo! I think it has more to do with my age though....YIKES! I hope your fortune is a reality and you have a wonderful time on your retreat! And the Weekender....it is such a great looking bag...but I also understand.

Yes, you should finish your Weekender bag so you can carry it on your trip to Minnesota because you will need something for show-and-tell! It looks great so far! Love your collection of sayings too.

Finish it - you're so close! Then you can bring it on retreat and new friends can be in awe of your sewing skillz! You're going to have so much fun.
