WIP Wednesday: 36-patch progress

This is it. The only sewing I have had time to do in the last couple of weeks, aside from my weekly Farmer's Wife Sampler blocks. These are from Amanda Jean's 36-patch quilt-along, and I'm really happy with them:

First, the blocks I have finished in the past week:
And my progress so far:
And in breaking news, I'm behind in this quilt-along. I know. Shocking...But I'm only behind by fifteen blocks. Usually by this time in a quilt-along I haven't even started yet I'm much further behind.

You can see what everyone else has been doing in the past week.
Tomorrow I'll have some information on some places you might want to GO!

  1. I've got one QAL in progress, and one that's barely started (some of the fabric cut). And yet, I'm eyeing up that Greek Cross QAL. Clearly I have a problem.

  7. I think it looks great so far! And you have much more patience for little pieces than I do. I love those quilts but know I would give up after a block or two!

  12. You've really done a lot of work on this--it's looking great! Are you still up at the lake? (Trying to figure out from the looks of the pin wall--I'm thinking no, that you're home.)

I've been slammed with getting school ready, but this morning I have a few minutes--I'm off to stroll through the rest of your blog posts that I've missed!

  17. Wow, that is going to be a beautiful quilt! The nice thing about quilt-alongs is that you can always do them in your own time. Thanks for linking up to WIP Wednesday. : )
